The Special Adviser to the Governor on Technical Education, Prof. Joseph Odemuyiwa made this known in an interview with newsmen at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, stating that the move would also allow government to tailor its teaching curriculum towards the needs of these industries.

Prof. Odemuyiwa explained that the liaison offices would be saddled with deliberate relationship between the industries and colleges, in order to identify technical staff’s needs, as well as dual apprenticeship placements at all government science and technical colleges.

He said the Dapo Abiodun-led administration was determined to create employment opportunities for the technical and vocational schools’ products, after the successful completion of their training, in order to further boost the State’s economy.
