OGUN N-POWER AGRO YOUTH VOLUNTEER TO REPRESENT NIGERIA IN GERMANY

Miss Taiwo Oluwaseun Disu, of N-Power Agro Youth Volunteer Class 2016, has been selected from Ogun State, alongside two others to represent Nigeria, in Feldafing, Germany, at the Exposure Seminar on Business Development Services in the Agricultural Sector.

The State Commissioner for Agriculture, Mrs. Adepeju Adebajo, while receiving Miss Disu, in her office, at Okemosan, Abeokuta, commended her for making the State proud, enjoining other participants in the N-Power Programme, especially the Agro Youth Volunteers, to avail themselves of the business opportunity in agriculture, to become employers of labour.

Responding, Miss Disu, thanked the State and Federal governments, as well as the organisers of the competition- GIZ Green Innovation Centre, for the opportunity, pledging to make the best use of the international exposure.

Miss Taiwo Oluwaseun Disu, from Odeda Local Government Area of the State, was one of the sixty candidates that participated in the qualifying N-Power Youth Essay Writing Competition, organised to select young rural entrepreneurs, based on the skills they had acquired during their N-Power trainings.
