The Ogun State Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Mr Olaolu Olabimtan , giving the breakdown of the 2021 budget, says 51 percent of the total budget, representing N172billion, has been earmarked for capital projects while 49 percent is for recurrent, representing N167billion.
Also at the event, Commissioner for Health, Dr. Tomi Coker, responding to questions from newsmen, disclosed that 5 percent of the 2021 would be for fighting COVID-19 just as about 70 percent of the state population, was targeted for vaccination.
