The National President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Iyalode Alaba Lawson has expressed confidence that, with the high level of Infrastructural turn around by the Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led administration in Ogun State, more businesses are bound to be opened in the State.

Lawson who stated this in Abeokuta while receiving the keys of a brand new 18-seater bus donated to NACCIMA by the State government, commended the heavy investment on security in the State, adding that genuine investors would always put their monies where security was guaranteed.

“With the rate at which Governor Ibikunle Amosun is going in developing infrastructure and the heavy investment in the security of lives and property, I am sure that more investors will come to open businesses here because investors will only put their money where it is safe.

The Governor has done us immensely proud and we will continue to work with the government to maintain its leading position, as the industrial hub of Nigeria”, Lawson added.

Making the donation on behalf of the State Government, Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Taiwo Adeoluwa said it was in appreciation of the private sector, particularly NACCIMA’s contributions towards the overall development of the State.

While commending Lawson for her achievements since she assumed office as National President of the Association, Adeoluwa challenged the body not to rest on its oars, adding that the donation should be seen as a challenge to do more.
