“As I have always said, the vision of this administration is focused on qualitative governance, so the issue of prompt payment of arrears and salaries is a contract between myself and the workers whether there is allocation or not”, Abiodun said.
“Civil Servant is the engine room of any administration, we must motivate you by organising programmes for your continuous learning and better performance, therefore your Salaries would be paid promptly, FAAC or no FAAC”, Abiodun said.

In his remarks the State Head of Service Engineer Lanre Bisiriyu advised workers to work with enthusiasm, so that all promises of the present administration can be fulfilled.
Earlier, an officer from the State Internal Revenue Service, Sowande Olusola implored the Governor to make use of professionals amongst Civil Servants for a greater performance of his administration.
