The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR has graciously approved the recommencement of some inherited road reconstruction projects.

The roads include the 8km Erunwon-Atan road, 13km Sagamu-Ode Lemo road, Old Bank Rd-Oritameje-Coker Junction-Oluomo Spur Road and the 8km Mowe-Ofada Road.

While work has already commenced on the Erunwon-Atan Road and Sagamu-Ode Lemo Road, contractors will soon return to site on the Mowe-Ofada Road in Obafemi Owode LGA and Old Bank Rd-Oritameje-Coker Junction-Oluomo Spur Road in Ifo LG.

The projects will be completed within the construction periods set for them, in order that they may immediately be open for use by motorists and residents. Other critical projects within the State will commence soon.

The Ogun State Government therefore pleads with everyone who may be affected by the recommenced projects, as it continues road infrastructure projects across the length and breadth of the State to obey traffic laws, and drive cautiously in order to avoid accidents.
