The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has disclosed that he contested the governorship race because of his absolute faith in God, who had ordained his path to success.
The Governor who disclosed this in Abeokuta, while playing host to members of the Christ For All Nations (CFAN), who were in the State for a 4-Day crusade, said the event was coming at a time when the State needed lot of prayers.
‘’I know my election was one of the turbulent ones in the history of this country; it was one of the most hostile takeover. You have come at a point in time when our State needs a lot of prayer. With one’s faith in God, everything is possible”, he said.
Earlier in his remarks, the successor of the world renowned Evangelist, Reinhard Bonnnke, Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, disclosed that God would do new things at the venue and that history would be made, not just in the short term but also for future generations, adding that due to CFAN’s love for Nigeria, a lot had been invested in the country.
