In its task of ensuring safety for all road users, Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps, (TRACE) has pledged effective traffic management and prompt rescue service on all traffic corridors across the State during and after the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
A release signed by Corps Commander and Chief Executive Officer, TRACE, Commander ‘Seni Ogunyemi, stated that, in view of unprecedented human and vehicular movements envisaged with attendant traffic build-up, breakdown of vehicles, obstruction and road crashes, the Corps and other sister agencies would enforce strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols, in order to flatten the curve of the pandemic.
It indicated that operatives of the Corps would be at strategic areas, check points, as well as diversion and construction zones across the State, to check excesses of motorists.
