In continuation of his commitment to ensure an all-inclusive governance, the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved further appointments into statutory Boards and Commissions in the State.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Mr. Kunle Somorin, named the Boards, Commissions and their heads as follows; Ogun State Agric Multi-Purpose Credit Agency (OSAMCA), with Abayomi Hunye Semako as the Chairman, Rasaq Daddah, Chairman, Ogun State Market Development Board.
Others are Hon. Yaya Olodeoku, Chairman, Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation (OGBC), Balogun Nurudeen Olaleye, Chairman, Ogun State Alternative Medicine Board, Hon. Tade Matthew, Chairman, Food Crops Marketing Board, Hon. Waliu Taiwo as Chairman, House of Assembly Commission and Barr. Adekunle Adeyemi, Chairman, Ogun State Waste Management Authority (OGWAMA).
Governor Abiodun called on the appointees to see their appointments as a call to service towards the development of the State, challenging them to see leadership as an opportunity to improve the lives and welfare of the people.
The appointment, according to the statement, was in fulfilment of the Governor’s promise to appoint more people to run the affairs of the State’s Commissions and Boards.
